Terms of Service

Last updated August 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Gutter Giant website and the services we provide. Gutter Giant LLC is a family-owned gutter company based in Manchester, New Hampshire. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to what is written here. The specific terms of any job you hire us for are set out in the written quote and agreement we give you, and those control if anything here conflicts with them.

Our services

We install, repair, guard, clean, and maintain gutters, downspouts, and related fascia and soffit for homes and businesses. The scope of any job is what is described in your written quote. Work not listed in that quote is not included unless we agree to it in writing.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates are free within our service area. A quote reflects the condition of your property at the time we inspect it. If we open up the work and find hidden damage, such as rot behind a gutter, we will tell you and agree any change in scope or price with you before continuing. Prices and ranges shown anywhere on this website are general information, not a quote or an offer, and your price is the one in your written estimate.

Scheduling and access

We will agree a schedule with you and do our best to keep it. Weather, especially in a New England winter, can move outdoor work, and we may reschedule for safety. You agree to give us reasonable access to the property and the work areas so we can do the job.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and the balance due, are set out in your written quote or invoice. Unless your agreement says otherwise, payment is due as described there on completion of the work.

Warranty

We stand behind our work, and our seamless installations are backed as described in your written agreement. The exact coverage, length, and any conditions of the warranty for your job are the ones stated in that agreement. A warranty does not cover damage from causes outside our work, such as storms, falling trees, ice, or later alterations by others.

Existing conditions

Older homes and existing gutter systems sometimes have problems that are not visible until work begins. We are responsible for the work we perform. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions we did not cause, though we will always tell you what we find and what we recommend.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as you can. Any cancellation terms, including for custom-ordered materials, are set out in your written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility is limited to the work we performed under your agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under New Hampshire law.

Website content

The content on this site is for general information about gutters and our services. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current, and it is not professional advice for your specific situation. The text, images, and design on this site are owned by Gutter Giant and may not be copied without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the current version is the one posted here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
